What Does this shoulder Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

I have shoulder ultrasound the findings are high grade partial tear measuring 1.3cm by 0.5 cm in size plus mild thickening of subacromial up to 3mm. With AC joint degerative changes.i receive 5 weeks of phisical therapy and the pain it s not any going away. I can t lift side ways or move my arm to the back. In your opinion schoul I look for different treatment.

The physiotherapy has not been able to achieve complete resolution of pain and related disorders thus it is necessary to go for surgical intervention.
However, further course of action depends on the clinical status of the should joint.
I suggest you to consult an orthopedician with all your investigations and thus plan further management.
